substitute salmon for another fish like tilapia, which absorbs flavor well

Salmon filets

carrots
1-2, sliced
potatoes
1-2, sliced
Pear or apple or peach
1, sliced
onion
1, sliced
Plus…
Salt, pepper, lemon juice, foil
Instructions
Step 1:
Place carrots & potatoes on each lightly oiled piece of foil
Step 2:
Place fish filet on top of each, salt & pepper & lemon each
Step 3:
Layer onion slices and fruit onto each filet
Step 4:
Seal each portion into foil pocket, leave room for air circulation
Insert additional row,
if necessary
Step 5:
Bake at 200C/ 400F for ~45 min
