Instructions

Step 1:
|
Place carrots & potatoes on each lightly oiled piece of foil
| ||
Step 2:

Place fish filet on top of each, salt & pepper & lemon each
| |||
Step 3:
|
Layer onion slices and fruit onto each filet
| |||
Step 4:
|
Seal each portion into foil pocket, leave room for air circulation

Insert additional row,
if necessary
|
Step 5:
|
Bake at 200C/ 400F for ~45 min
|
