(curly) pasta
cherry/grape/sun-dried tomatoes
(feta, mozzerella, parmesan) cheese
nuts/seeds
Leafy greens
(sauteed) onions/garlic
Boiled eggs
Bell pepper
Plus…
oil/butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper
Instructions
Step 1:
Cook desired amount of pasta (curly catches more veggies in each bite)
Step 2:
Chop, grate, locate whatever, at amounts that appeal to you
Step 3:
Add oil or butter to cooked pasta
Step 4:
Mix in all additional ingredients
Insert additional row,
if necessary
Step 5:
Salt/pepper to taste, with splash of lemon juice
